Main Contest: 09 November 2025 (Sunday), 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Mock Contest: 08 November 2025 (Saturday), 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Venue: North East University Bangladesh (NEUB), Sylhet

Organized as part of NEUB ICT Fest 2025, the Programming Contest challenges participants to solve algorithmic problems efficiently and accurately under pressure.


Eligibility

  • Team competition: 2 members per team from the same institution
  • Open to Collage Students and 1st year university students within Sylhet
  • Limited team slots available
  • Team names must represent their institution clearly

Deadline: 31 October 2025
Final Team List: 02 November 2025
Fees: College - ৳ 500 | University - ৳ 2000
Payment Window: 02-05 November 2025
Late or incomplete registration may result in disqualification.


Contest Format

  • Duration: 3 hours
  • Problems: Around 8
  • Scoring: IOI-style (partial scoring for partial solutions)
  • Languages: C, C++, Python
  • Environment: Hosted on an online judge platform
    A mock contest will be held for environment familiarization.

Team Notebook (Reference Materials)

Each team may carry:

  • Up to 2 textbooks, and
  • 25 single-sided A4 pages of printed notes (font size ≥ 11)
    The notebook must include the team name and institution on the first page and be submitted during the mock contest for inspection.

    Each team consists of 2 members from the same institution.

    Teams must report 30 minutes before the contest begins.
  • 3
    Only C, C++, and Python are allowed.
  • 4
    External devices or network access are strictly prohibited.
  • 5
    Cheating or code sharing will lead to disqualification.
  • 6
    Judges' decisions are final and binding.
